In August 2024, following a brief stay in Bryn Mawr Hospital, our Dad was admitted to Bryn Mawr Village for rehabilitation. From the day he arrived, until the day he departed, the BMV staff manifested the epitome of professionalism, knowledgeability, empathy, cordiality, and compassion. …The way that the staff (the doctor, the nurses, the administration, activities coordinator, physical and occupational therapists, dietitians, receptionists in other words everyone) welcomed my mom, made her feel ‘at home’, showed her that they genuinely care for her and served her ample doses of cheerful greetings, make her feel loved and glad to be there. It has made a huge difference in her recovery process and has put my mind at ease.
I also wanted to express my deep gratitude for the professional and complete service of the staff’s communication with us, the family, regarding on my mother’s progress. It has been easy and complete. It has boosted my own inner peace that my mother is in good hands…
